** A CALL TO ACTION VOLUNTEERS : ** Dear New Earthers and Resonant Hearts, Due to the exciting expansion in manifestation and growth we are happily experiencing, the Software Development team is looking for a Product Manager. As the Product Manager, you will report to the Director of Information Technology. The critical responsibility of the Product Manager is to provide full-time production-level support and leadership to the internal software Engineering, Quality Assurance and User Experience teams, providing use case insight, prioritization direction, subject matter context and all-around product direction. as well as being passionate about their contribution to the organization.This position call for direct feedback and consultation with development engineers on problem resolution Required Skills:
- Organize, facilitate development of and manage to the software product roadmap as the Product Owner
- Partner with the product constituents to create the strategic vision for the software product and set immediate and future priorities for software development and service teams
- Translate feedback from users and broader market analysis into user defined requirements for product enhancements. Partner closely with User Experience to design product concepts and Engineering to validate feasibility.
- Conduct market and competitive research, host user interviews, and create key performance indicators to stay abreast of market dynamics and define implications to the software product roadmap
- Serve as liaison between the organization and technical development teams
- Triage all incoming bug/defect reports and enhancement requests
- Oversee software release and feature launches including, but not limited to:
- Creation and execution of communication and rollout plan
- Hands-on training of delivery team and internal engineers on new features or defect repairs
- Produce member-facing product documentation, release notes and training documentation
- Manage User Acceptance testing for all external and internal releases
Technical Experience:
- Experience in: HTML5
- Experience in: CSS3
- Experience in: JavaScript/jQuery/JSON
- Experience in: PHP5
- Experience in: SQL(MySQL)
- Desired: Scala
Education and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems / Computer Science or equivalent experience (4) years minimum related . Communication: Communicates effectively to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions.Continually seeks opportunities to increase organizations satisfaction and deepen relationships.Builds a knowledge base of systems and objectives.Facilitates team meetings effectively, understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
